MaKuMi UG (haftungsbeschränkt) (“Keero”) warrants to the original purchaser that Keero products bought on getkeero.us are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use for the periods below, starting on the date of delivery.
Warranty periods

Spare batteries bought separately are covered for 1 year from delivery. Extended Protection extends the coverage of your vacuum only and can be added on the product page.
What we will do
If a covered defect appears during the warranty period, we will, at our option, repair the product, replace it with a new or equivalent product, or refund the purchase price. Replacement parts and products are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.
What is not covered
- Normal wear and consumable parts, such as filters, brush rolls, mop pads and dust bin seals
- Damage from misuse, accidents, drops, liquids (unless the product is designed for wet use), or failure to follow the user manual
- Products used for commercial purposes
- Damage caused by improper repairs, modifications, or alterations, regardless of who performed them
- Cosmetic damage, such as scratches or discoloration, that does not affect function
- Products bought from unauthorized sellers
How to make a claim
- Email support@getkeero.us with your order number, a short description of the problem, and photos or a short video.
- Our team will review the claim and may ask you to troubleshoot or to send the product or part back.
- For valid claims, we cover the shipping costs within our US delivery area.
Limitations
This warranty is not transferable. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE WARRANTY PERIOD ABOVE, AND WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Some states do not allow limits on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so these limits may not apply to you.
Your rights under state law
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.
